Ingredients:

  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 1 fresh jalapeño (sliced)
  • ½ pack SOYYO Chorizo
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • Optional: sourdough bread for dipping

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and jalapeño; sauté for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in SOYYO Chorizo and cook until browned (5–6 minutes).
  4. Reduce heat to low, sprinkle cheese on top, and cover skillet. Let cheese melt for 8–10 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and serve hot with slices of sourdough bread for dipping.
