Ingredients:
- ½ pack of SOYYO Chorizo
- Olive oil
- Tortilla chips
- ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- Favorite seasonings (cumin, chili powder, paprika, etc.)
- Fresh jalapeños (sliced)
Instructions:
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ½ pack of SOYYO Chorizo and your preferred seasonings. Sauté until golden and fragrant (about 5–6 minutes).
- Spread tortilla chips on a large plate or oven-safe dish.
- Drizzle the cooked SOYYO over the chips.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly on top.
- Warm in the oven or microwave just until cheese melts.
- Finish with fresh jalapeño slices and serve immediately.
