🍳 Jalapeño Chorizo Protein Mac (20 min)

Ingredients:
• 1 box @allgoodles mac & cheese (I used Cheddy Mac)
• ½ cup SOYYO chorizo
• 1 can jalapeños, chopped (≈ ½ cup jalapeños + ¼ cup juice)
• 30g low-fat shredded cheese
• 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
• 2 tbsp plant-based milk
Steps:
1️⃣ Cook SOYYO chorizo for 3–5 min in a pan.
2️⃣ Add chopped jalapeños and cook 2 more min.
3️⃣ Boil GOODLES pasta per box instructions.
4️⃣ Drain and stir in cheese packet + jalapeño juice + plant milk.
5️⃣ Mix in chorizo + jalapeños.
6️⃣ Transfer to a glass container, top with cheese + breadcrumbs.
7️⃣ Air fry or bake at 400°F for 5 min.

Spicy. Creamy. Protein-packed. Done. 🌶️🧀
