Ingredients:
- ½ pack SOYYO Chorizo
- ½ cup onions and bell peppers (diced)
- 2 tbsp salsa or hot sauce
- 1 low-fat tortilla wrap
- ½ avocado (optional)
- Light shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté onions and peppers until softened.
- Add SOYYO Chorizo and cook for 4–5 minutes until golden.
- Stir in salsa or hot sauce for extra flavor.
- Warm tortilla in a dry pan or microwave.
- Spoon mixture into tortilla, top with avocado or light cheese if desired, and wrap tightly into a burrito.
