Ingredients:
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 1 fresh jalapeño (sliced)
- ½ pack SOYYO Chorizo
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- Optional: sourdough bread for dipping
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and jalapeño; sauté for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in SOYYO Chorizo and cook until browned (5–6 minutes).
- Reduce heat to low, sprinkle cheese on top, and cover skillet. Let cheese melt for 8–10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot with slices of sourdough bread for dipping.
