Ingredients:

  • 1 whole grain thin pizza crust
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • ½ cup shredded low-fat cheese (mozzarella or blend)
  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms
  • ½ pack SOYYO Chorizo

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread pizza sauce evenly over crust.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese, leaving ½ inch border.
  4. Top with sliced mushrooms and SOYYO Chorizo.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes until crust is crisp and cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Slice and serve hot as a lighter, protein-packed pizza.
