Ingredients:
- 1 whole grain thin pizza crust
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- ½ cup shredded low-fat cheese (mozzarella or blend)
- ½ cup sliced mushrooms
- ½ pack SOYYO Chorizo
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over crust.
- Sprinkle with cheese, leaving ½ inch border.
- Top with sliced mushrooms and SOYYO Chorizo.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until crust is crisp and cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Slice and serve hot as a lighter, protein-packed pizza.
