Ingredients:

  • ½ pack SOYYO Chorizo
  • ½ cup onions and bell peppers (diced)
  • 2 tbsp salsa or hot sauce
  • 1 low-fat tortilla wrap
  • ½ avocado (optional)
  • Light shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté onions and peppers until softened.
  2. Add SOYYO Chorizo and cook for 4–5 minutes until golden.
  3. Stir in salsa or hot sauce for extra flavor.
  4. Warm tortilla in a dry pan or microwave.
  5. Spoon mixture into tortilla, top with avocado or light cheese if desired, and wrap tightly into a burrito.
