Ingredients:

  • ½ pack of SOYYO Chorizo
  • Olive oil
  • Tortilla chips
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • Favorite seasonings (cumin, chili powder, paprika, etc.)
  • Fresh jalapeños (sliced)

Instructions:

  1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ½ pack of SOYYO Chorizo and your preferred seasonings. Sauté until golden and fragrant (about 5–6 minutes).
  3. Spread tortilla chips on a large plate or oven-safe dish.
  4. Drizzle the cooked SOYYO over the chips.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly on top.
  6. Warm in the oven or microwave just until cheese melts.
  7. Finish with fresh jalapeño slices and serve immediately.
