SOYYO was born in Tijuana, México, from a desire to reinvent chorizo for a new generation. Our founder wanted a protein that tasted amazing, was better for you, and didn’t come with unnecessary fillers. The result? SOYYO — a plant-based chorizo for everyone.

      Hi, I’m Sabina!

      I wanted to create a clean, delicious chorizo that lets you enjoy a protein-packed breakfast or post-workout bite that feels good and fuels your body. For me, SOYYO is proof that you don’t have to choose between flavor and feeling good. You can have both, and you can have it every day.

      SOYYO was co-founded by me and my dad. We both grew up eating chorizo, and it was always a staple in our household. At the same time, we have always cared about health, staying active, and prioritizing protein. We saw an opportunity to reimagine a Mexican household classic, not necessarily just for the vegan market, but to close the gaps in the current chorizo options, whether plant-based or traditional.
